More Than a Coach
For more than twenty years, I've worked alongside students and families as an attorney and educational advocate, helping them navigate educational decisions, advocate for the support they need, and prepare for what's next.
Even when students had strong academic support, many still struggled with confidence, organization, motivation, self-advocacy, decision-making, and the uncertainty that often comes with becoming an adult.
I realized there was a gap between succeeding in school and feeling prepared to succeed in life.
Finnegan Coaching was created to fill that gap by helping young adults build the confidence, practical life skills, and self-awareness they need to move forward with purpose.
Why This Matters
I know what it's like to feel capable while still struggling with self-doubt, overwhelm, anxiety, and uncertainty about what’s next.
Over time, I realized that confidence doesn't come from trying to become someone else. It comes from understanding yourself, building on your strengths, and developing strategies that actually fit who you are.
That’s the philosophy behind every coaching relationship. I help young adults stop second-guessing themselves, recognize how capable they already are, build confidence to create a path forward that feels clear, purposeful, and uniquely their own.
